Richard Sternin

Founder. Technical and Brand Evangelist. 

Born and raised in an east coast branding agency, Richard has always known that technology serves the message, not the other way around. During 16 years as a recruiting entrepreneur, he sold his first company (Seven Staffing) and ran two others. He also built and deployed Evolver, a custom applicant tracking system and CRM.

As founding recruiter for Sentient Technologies—the AI startup from the creators of Apple's Siri—he scaled the company during hypergrowth while being deeply immersed in AI across applied research, product development, and infrastructure engineering. This led EY's Global Head of AI to bring him on to guide hiring for their global AI Labs.  He also spent four years as 2K Games' Director of Talent Acquisition for their Visual Concepts studio.

 

He's married to filmmaker Jennifer Steinman Sternin with four children: two sons and two daughters. (Hint, hint.)
